Our Resident Manager resides in our condominium and actively manages the property with the help of his staff.

His office and staff services are for the benefit of our residents. He is available during his office hours but in case of a "building emergency" he is available 24 hours to assist in the situation.

If you need to see our Resident Manager, we urge you to contact him either by phone or emailing him at RM.FairwayHouse@gmail.com and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT with him.

After hour for "building problem emergencies only" call 808-452-8858 to reach our Resident Manager or 808-539-9777 (Dispatch for our Property Manager)

Security Guard at 808-800-7301 and notify them it's "Fairway House building problem"

If emergency requires Police, Ambulance or Fire Department, CALL 911.
