Fairway House Apartment Owners Association (AOAO) is managed by 9 member Board of Directors.


Board of Director's Meetings are usually held monthly on every 3rd Wedmesday at 7:00pm virtually via Zoom.

Zoom phone access number and meeting ID/passcode is posted onsite 3 days prior to our meeting or the zoom link can be made available by emailing our General Manager at RM.FairwayHouse@gmail.com.


All owners are welcome to attend the Board of Director's Meeting except "the executive session" which is limited to the Board members only.


Apartment Owners Association meets every spring usually in March or April to have our Annual Meeting where Board Of Directors are elected and association business is discussed.


If you are a Fairway House apartment owner and interested in getting involved in the affairs of the Fairway House, we welcome you to becoming a Board member.
