Planning Your Move:
After a new resident in Fairway House receives his/her keys from an Apartment Owner
(as a renter) or a
Real Estate Agent (as a new owner), one is required to check in with the General Manager in the Manager's Office in the lobby
to fill out some necessary forms:
1) You MUST contact the manager before you move. You can not just use the elevator Contact the manager
at (808) 734-3697.
2) Resident Registration Form - entrance access fob must be assigne and registered
3) Pet Registration ($100.00 security fee - Please write a check to Fairway House. No cash accepted), when applicable
4) Elevator Guidelines and Procedures (whenever your movers need to use an elevator for moving large objects
in and out of the building please inform our Manager 48 hours in advance to schedule an elevator for moving use)
(Please be advised that
Moving is not Allowed on Sundays at the Fairway House)
You also need to get a copy of Fairway House - House Rules which you
are expected to
abide by.
