Our General Manager works in our condominium and actively manages the property with the help of his staff.

General Manager assists the Board of Directors in all aspects of day-to-day operations, management and administrative duties. He also assists in the long-term planning of capital expenditures, budgeting and financial management. .

His office and staff services are for the benefit of our residents. He is available during his office hours but in case of a "building emergency" he is available 24 hours to assist in the situation.

After hour for "building problem emergencies only" call 808-452-8858 to reach our General Manager

Security Guard at 808-464-0823 and notify them it's "Fairway House building problem"
